The legendary Prince Paul is gearing up to release a new LP titled Negroes On Ice which fuses comedy (and please believe Paul is great at it, as he’s blessed us with those classic De La Soul skits and the skits that appeared on A Prince Among Thieves) and neck breaking Hip-Hop.
